Gowaryu Aikido will be holding an open invite course at the Swan Centre dojo on Sunday 7th March 2010.
Starting at 1pm and ending at 5pm.
Cost will be £5.
The content will be Yonkyo.
Also please bring you weapons.

Sunday training at Gowaryu Aikido dojo
Jim Dempster Sensei, from Gowaryu Aikido, will be running an extra training session on Sunday 22nd November 2009.
It will be at the SWAN Centre in Ashford (directions available here) from 3:00pm til 6:00pm.
Members of Genryukan Aikido are very welcome to attend.
